


John "Flonetik" Vinuya, Owner of 360 Flow Breaking, is a decorated Bboy and Martial Arts practitioner. John aka B-boy Flonetik is a New York City artist raised in Queens. Dancing for over 10 years. He is regarded for his well-rounded foundations, clean execution, and dynamic blow-up combos. He is also part of a well renowned company Full Circle Souljahs Inc. He has participated in several major competitions such as 2018 Breaks U x UBL, 2019 Red Bull BC One qualifier, and Performed at theaters like New Victory theater, The Apollo, Kennedy Center and Lincoln Center. He is also a very humble individual, but never lets that get in the way of unleashing his attitude in battle. Furthermore, he plays a big part of instructing the youth with his breaking classes as well as his workshops all over New York City.
Ivan 'Heat Rock' Cofield accomplished Bboy and Artist with more than 30 years of dance experience. He is a perfect example of hip-hop culture though his many skills are not limited to B-boying. He is well versed in writing, what we all know as graffiti, and Popping and has received praises in the fine art world as well as the Hip-hop community.
Heat Rock’s Dance Journey started at the age of two in Georgia. As an adult Boston, MA, is where Heat Rock decided to continue his education and later make a name for him self as a popper. Heat returned to the art of B-boying, with a different outlook, in 2009. In 2012, he became one of the founding members of a unique in style and character group, Del Fuego Wolfpack.
Heat Rock has had many loses but achieved many memorable moments, awards, accomplishments, wins, and highlights in areas such as; Fine art, All styles, Top rock, Footwork, teaching, Popping, and acting. Heat Rock is featured in the Netflix series “The Get Down”. He is the winner of international competitions such as IBE TopRock World Championship (2020 and 2023), Octagon Breaking World finals (NYC, 2016), Juste Debout USA (2013) in popping, World of Dance (NYC, 2012) in footwork, King Dance (Japan, 2016) in all-styles, Under Pressure (Canada, 2015) in breaking, and was a judge for Destructive Steps (Australia, 2019), Au Dela des Prejuges (Switzerland, 2017), King Dance (Japan, 2016), Who’s Got The Props (Detroit, 2018) and Virginia Tech College’s Give Me a Break (2018).
As a Teacher, Heat Rock is passionate about passing on his knowledge to his students. He does his best to make sure his students understand the mechanics of moves and also pushes them to their fullest potential.
Odylle ‘Mantis’ Beder is a Brooklyn native and a core member of Full Circle Souljahs Hip Hop Theater company and crew.
She started her dance journey studying Ballet for 10 years at Ballet Tech and later with Urban Ballet Theater. She began breaking when she was 21 and started training with Full Circle directors Rokafella and Kwikstep in 2012.
Since then she has competed locally and globally winning the 2016 Freestyle Session Florida B-girl qualifier, 2023 RedBull BcOne NYC Nationals and was also a finalist in the 2017 IBE 1v1 B-girl battle and the first ever Redbull Bgirl USA regional in 2018. She has performed at prestigious venues such as Joyce Theater, Central Park Summer Stage, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center to name a few.
In 2019, she created Bgirl Herstory, a project that documents the stories of old school and new school Bgirl generations through interviews and panel discussions.
When she isn't competing or performing she teaches dance to children and adults. Mantis has over 10 years of experience as a dance educator in studios, afterschool programs K -12 and colleges. She hopes to impart to her students, work ethic and a love of dance, movement and fitness that stays with them throughout life.
